The 6530 and 6330 TTO thermal transfer coding machines use the iAssureTM built-in coding quality checker. They have fewer wear parts. The Intelligent Motion™ intelligent technology does not require the use of compressed air. The fully electronic operation allows for quick replacement of the ribbon box. The automatic ribbon coding machine offers the advantage of extending the normal operation time of the coding machine as much as possible. DataFlex 6330 is a medium-speed TTO thermal transfer coding machine with a printing speed of up to 250 packages per minute*. It offers two printing widths, 32 millimeters and 53 millimeters, enabling a better combination of print head and ribbon widths, thus providing a cost-effective solution for your application. DataFlex 6530 is a high-speed TTO thermal transfer coding machine that can extend the normal operating time of the coding machine, while reducing the quality inspection time, waste and rework, thereby improving production operation efficiency. It offers two printing widths, 53 millimeters (using iAssure™ technology) and the industry's innovative airless 107 millimeters, to meet your specific application requirements. The 6530 is designed for applications such as vertical molding, filling and sealing. It has a printing speed of 1,000 millimeters per second and a production efficiency of 700 cases per minute. *
